Honesty matters. I came to get a basic wash and I dropped $800 out of my pockets inside of my truck. The hard working fellas could have kept the money, but they didn't.💪💪 This is an experience I will never forget. Thanks Royal car wash. You have good people for you. 👍

1000/10, great service and car wash, after the car wash my car wouldn’t start I go to check my engine my air take was off, missing screws and my car wouldn’t turn on, one of the workers named Wilbert noticed me trying to start my car and came to help he told me to get screws from Home Depot and put it back in place for me good as new not only did they wash my car, but also became a mechanic to my car, so thankful for this place!!

I highly recommend that you do not come here for a full detail. My vehicle was there for over four hours and they didn’t even properly shampoo the carpets. They were still pretty filthy when I got the vehicle back. I spoke with the manager and they tried to re-shampoo the carpets for another 30 minutes, but it still didn’t make much difference. Even the dashboard was still dirty when I left. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and not what you would expect from a full detail service. I would not recommend coming here for detailing.

I am honestly so disappointed with my car wash. I knew car washes had gotten expensive, but I’d think anything over $60 calls for at the least no water streaks when the car is dried off. My receipt was actually $62 because they advertised +$2 for lava shampoo (or something of sorts), of course no one offered it to me but they just went ahead and charged me for it. I wasn’t going to complain and fight for $2 so I just let it go. Mistake #1. I had read reviews that car washes here took longer than necessary but still took a chance at this place. I debated on tipping when I saw a staff member just hanging around my car for 10mins. I still ended up tipping $20 assuming the job was done properly. Mistake #2. I originally went there with my boyfriend, but he got turned away because the detail package he wanted was going to take ‘too long' and they wouldn’t have time before closing. We were there at 3:30 on Sunday. If I had known that he would get turned away, I would have not gotten my car washed. Mistake #3. I immediately went home and told my boyfriend not to bother with this place. At their rate, we could clean and detail the cars at home.

I paid for the detailed package. He said it took about 3 hours , but it was finished less than 2 hours. She can do better job detailed inside my car, it was still need more cleaning on the AC vents. I still tipped her good $ to remind her doing a good job every time, I hoped.
